I'm Katrina Lucas, founder of Lucas Legal Consulting. I started my career in the corporate world, spending nine years in high-stakes legal roles—six of those with Fortune 100 companies. There, I handled transactional law, served as general counsel, managed due diligence, navigated export and import compliance, and provided litigation support.

Transition to Private Practice

After a decade in corporate America, I made a deliberate shift: I moved into private practice to work directly with business owners. For the past eight years, I've dedicated myself to helping entrepreneurs and small-to-mid-sized businesses with commercial leases, collections, business partnership disputes, divorce and business ownership issues, estate planning for business owners, and succession planning.
